Waiting for Our New Year Puppies!

In November Ruby honeymooned with Rhett from Eden Valley Labradoodles.  (Thank you Pam, for sharing your handsome boy with us!)  All of the puppies should mature to nice sized mediums at 18-19″ and 35lbs.  All will most likely be Apricot with a possible Cream or two.  Here is a picture of the happy couple:

At this time, the reservation list for this litter is completely filled until we know how Mother Nature will bless us.

In the Spring I will be breeding Chloe  for puppies to go home late summer or early fall.   The stud will most likely be our new boy Toby.

He is the funniest little dog, always looking for a party.  He was put on this earth to just love and be loved!  The puppies from this litter will be about 1/2 black and 1/2 brown….out of those, about 1/2 should be full parti (i.e., at least 50% white with some other color) and 1/2 will be mostly solid with some white spots (like Toby).

Upcoming Litter

I am tentatively Planning on breeding Ruby in the late fall for puppies that will be ready in January or February.  I have my eye on two very handsome, fleece-coated, medium-sized, red/apricot boys.   The puppies from either stud will mature to about 18-19″ and 30-35lbs, in all shades of cream, apricot, and red.  If you would like to be added to my contact list for this litter, please email me and I will let you know when I am ready to begin accepting applications and deposits.  Thanks!

Ruby X Sporty Litter – 6 Weeks

These puppies are amazing.  It is impossible to just walk past the whelping box without a cuddle!  They all stand up with their paws on the side and their sweet little faces just watching you.  Todays pictures came right after dinner, so please excuse the messy faces!  Thanks for looking

Chloe X Xander Litter – 7 Weeks

Simply amazing!  These little guys are so sweet and happy.  I love the puppy breath, but the piranha teeth I could do without!  Pictures were tough this week as they are way too busy doing what they want to do to be concerned with looking at me.  I think they turned out pretty nice in spite of their lightning quick attempts at escape .  Enjoy the pictures!

And I just had to add this to the end.  Chloe went into the whelping box to feed and she rolled onto her back (she has been standing for the past 2 weeks) and was completely swarmed by the pups! 

Ruby X Sporty Litter – 5 Weeks

They are 5 weeks today and so playful!  They’ve learned to love the outside and had a great time romping around while I was taking the pictures.  They are all crashed around the box now with their little puppy feet running in their dreams .  Enjoy the pictures!

Chloe X Xander Litter – 6 Weeks

Growing in leaps and bounds now!  They LOVE being outside and wrestling, rolling balls, and attacking toes!  They all go in for their spay/neuter surgeries tomorrow, so please send good thoughts their way.  We barely got the pictures in today before a huge storm blew up.  It started pouring immediately after the last picture and I was really rushing to get them done…so just pretend you don’t notice those stray collar strings and pieces of grass .  Thanks for looking!
